13 Steps to Full Email Automation

Start Recording

Open TinyTask Pro and click the Record button. Every mouse movement, click, keyboard action, copy, and paste will be captured from this point onward.

Open Gmail and Compose

Navigate to Gmail and click the Compose button. This opens a blank email — TinyTask Pro will insert all recipient information automatically during playback.

Copy the Email Address from Excel

Return to your spreadsheet. Select the first row and highlight the email address, then press:

CTRL + C

Paste Email Address into Gmail

Switch back to Gmail, click inside the recipient field and press:

CTRL + V

Copy Recipient Name

Return to Excel, move to the name column with the arrow key, and press CTRL+C

Paste Name into Gmail

Switch to Gmail, paste the name and press TAB to move to the next field.

Return to the spreadsheet, copy the subject line, paste into Gmail’s subject field, and press ENTER.

Copy & Paste Message

Copy the full message from the spreadsheet and paste it into the Gmail email body. The email is now fully assembled.

Send the Email

Click the Send button. TinyTask Pro records this click and will automatically send future emails during playback.

Return to Excel

Go back to the spreadsheet and press the ↓ Down Arrow to move to the next contact row. This is critical for loop automation.

Stop Recording

Return to TinyTask Pro and click Stop Recording. Your complete automation sequence is now saved and ready for playback.

Configure Playback Settings

Choose your playback speed and loop count. The loop count determines how many spreadsheet rows TinyTask Pro will process automatically.

Click the Play button. TinyTask Pro will now copy, paste, send, and move to the next row — fully automatically — until your loop count is complete.
